a. Minimum rental rate outside Antipolo area is Php 4,500.00, delivery
charge not included yet.
b. Final count of equipment rental not subject to reduction five (5) day
prior the event date. Any additional equipment rental after the stated
period is subject to extra charges as may be imposed by the supplier.
c. Any losses and breakages of equipment will be charged to the client
d. The use of service elevator is necessary if the function room is held
inside the building to avoid delay of setting up. If there is no service
elevator, Php 50.00 per floor may apply to pay each staff.
e. Miscellaneous charges such as tollgate fee, gate entrance fee and
other expenses will be charged to the client.
f. All item of equipment delivered in place of event, client subject to pay
in full even other equipment were not able to set up.
