Prohibitions

Event Amenities & Guidelines
 Catering: We welcome outside caterers for your event.
While we’re happy to suggest trusted vendors, please
note that food quality and service remain the caterer’s
responsibility.
 Decor: Décor can be fully tailored to your vision.
Pricing will vary based on your specific preferences
and selections.
 Live Counters: Light food preparation (such as grilling
or frying) is permitted in our open pantry area to
ensure safety and comfort for all guests.
 Entertainment Add-ons: We can help arrange
engaging extras like tattoo artists, caricaturists, or an
emcee/anchor at an additional cost.
 Drinking Water: Kindly arrange for drinking water
through your chosen caterer.

For Hazzle Free experience, we suggest you to


outsource the complete event to our own team, who
can handle the Decorations, Food , Return gifts and
Photography, so that you can spend more interactive
time with your Guests peacefully 
Payment & Booking Policy
o A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your
booking.
o The remaining balance, along with any applicable
waste management charges, must be cleared at least 4
days prior to the event.
o Please note that the advance is non-refundable in case
of cancellation after confirmation.
o All event setups must be dismantled and cleared
promptly after the event concludes.
o We kindly request timely handover of the venue, as
other events may be scheduled on the same day.
