The following are the terms and conditions for the rental of Equipment’s tables and chairs:
Rent Payment
The rent payment is payable by 50% down and the remaining 50% upon the return of the rented
tables and/or chairs. No refund whatsoever shall be made whether Customer requests for the
cancellation of the rent for whatever causes.
Delivery and Pick Up
Company shall deliver the Rental items to the designated address of the Customer. The same
shall be picked up on the specified end date as indicated in the form filled out by Customer.
Customer Responsibility
All tables and chairs shall be returned in the same condition as it was rented. In case of damage,
a separate assessment shall be made for its repairs or replacement. In case of damage, Customer
shall be responsible for an additional cost of the damage incurred except as otherwise damage
due to causes of ordinary wear and tear. Customer shall not sublease the rented items to anyone
or use the said items in an illegal manner or for illegal purpose.
Customer Acknowledgment
Customer acknowledges and certifies that they understand the contents of this agreement. They
have had a sufficient opportunity to ask for clarifications which are unclear in this agreement and
have been satisfied by the response given to them by the Company representative. By signing
this agreement, they agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions herein as well as bound to
the rules of the applicable state and federal laws.

will suite your taste.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
a) Should it become necessary for Client to terminate this Agreement, and the event date is
greater than thirty (30) days, Caterer shall be entitled to retain any and all expenditures to date,
including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals and/or proposals costs.
(b) If Agreement is terminated within thirty (30) days of the event, Caterer shall be entitled to
retain twenty-five percent (25%) of deposit and seek any additional expenditures to date,
including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals, and/or proposals costs.
(c) If Agreement is terminated within fourteen (14) days of the event Caterer shall be entitled to
retain any deposit paid and seek any additional losses including but not limited to contracted
labor, special orders, rentals and/or proposals costs.
(d) If an Agreement is drawn within five (5) days of the event, Client agrees to pay full event
costs per bid
Should the event be cancelled by Caterer, Caterer will fully refund any deposit within ten (10)
days of the date of cancellation. If event is within thirty (30) days, Caterer will reimburse or pay
to Client the invoiced difference in costs and expenses that have been incurred by the Client paid
to an alternative provider or providers based upon the total proposal bid. Client shall make
reasonable efforts to mitigate damages and obtain substantially similar services. The caters
responsibility is limited to items covered in the last accepted proposal by Client. Any additional
items are at Client’s expense.
