1) The affidavit states that the affiant filed a criminal complaint for murder against an individual pending before a Regional Trial Court. 2) Upon further examining the incident, the affiant found that the complaint arose from a misunderstanding and misapprehension of the facts. 3) As a result, the affiant no longer wishes to pursue prosecution of the case and is desisting from the complaint. The affiant also states they were not coerced into withdrawing the complaint.
