age, Filipinos and residents of Batangas City after being duly sworn to
according to law, depose and state:

1. That we personally know Editha C. Caguite who was


born on November 11, 1942 at Batangas City, Batangas
and the son/daughter of Paula C. Castillo and Ildefonso S. Caguite ;

2. That we are able to attest to the veracity of the fact of birth of said
Editha C. Caguite because we are intimate friends of their family;

3. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the above facts
and statements for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
