Sub: Erroneous ATM Transaction

Sir,

This is to bring to your urgent notice that while withdrawing Rs.1500 from the ATM adjacent to your
Bank on 04 August 2019 I was shocked to find out that the machine dispensed Rs.1200 only. I
immediately brought it to the notice of the authorized Security guard of the premise and he suggested
me to contact the service manager of the bank, accordingly I met the manager and hence this letter.

Therefore please take necessary action to recover the balance amount to my account at the earliest and
oblige.
