Sir,

With due respect it is submitted that I am presently on deputation to Ministry of


Health & Family Welfare, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi w.e.f 01/10/2014 to till date. As the
AME is not required in not required there, so I did not undergo AME for the year 2017. Now,
it has been come to the notice that my name has been called for DPC for promotion from ASI
to SI/GD, so AME is required to be done.

Hence, you are request to conduct AME for the year 2018 please.
