I,MA JANETTE AQUINO MERCADO , of legal age, Filipino and address BLK 45 LOT 20 PH1 MT. CARMEL
ST. TOWN AND COUNTRY SUBD. BUROL I DASMARINAS,CAVITE, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law,
Do hereby depose and say;

1. The document of Deed of Absolute Sale and in the said document that 200 square meters, which was
sold to MA JANETTE AQUINO MERCADO was taken from TCT NO. T-836065,land Registry of the
Province of Cavite;

2. That theTCT NO. which was indicated at said Deed of Absolute Sale of should have been taken from
TCT no.T- 839065 and not from TCT NO.T- 836065 it was an erroneous entry of TCT NO. That the true
and correct TCT NO. . should be TCT NO.T- 839065;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements and not for fraud
as well as for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
