1. I submit that I am the junior advocate and counsel on record in the


above suit and I am well conversant with the facts and circumstances
of the above case.

2. I submit that in the above Stay petition, this Hon’ble court was
pleased to order notice to the respondent/Judgement Debtor and also
permitted to send private notice also. Hence, I have taken steps to
serve notice regarding the Stay petition along with petition affidavit to
the counsel of the aforesaid respondent/ Judgement Debtor in
person. The notice was duly received by the counsel for respondent/
Judgement Debtor. The copy of the AD Card , Postal receipt and
notice is enclosed herewith.
