Fable 2 Ultimate Guide:

Bowerstone Lake
Silver Key Locations:
A key can be found on the small island which has the entrance to the Bower Lake Tomb on it – you’ll get this as you follow the story at the beginning
By the second largest lake (the one on the right side of the map) if you walk to the end of the platform that goes into the water and then turn around to face the
way you entered – along the rocks on your left and behind the first tree is a key
Enter the Gypsy Camp and head to the right side of the camp – there is an opening in the fence, which leads up a dirt track. If you follow this path, you’ll see a
ruined tower – the key is on top of the tower (note that this is not available until after The Spire quest is completed and you have rescued Garth)
Inside the Tomb of Heroes, follow the path until you find Charley and look behind the pillars on the right for the key
Inside the Bower Lake Tomb, in the first room where you are attacked by beetles, there is a key on the left right before you pass through the next doorway
Gargoyle Locations:
If you go to the edge of the largest lake, you’ll see some arches in ruins directly opposite the door to the Bower Lake Tomb – the gargoyle is inside the arches up
high on the left
Inside the Bower Lake Tomb, you’ll reach an area with water and ruins – follow the path upwards until you see some stalactites – jump down on your right and
look upwards to where you jumped from and you’ll see the gargoyle
On the east side of the map, there is an exit point and slightly northwest of there is a ruined archway – if you look up, the gargoyle is on the right up high
If you follow the path from the Gypsy Camp, you’ll come to a bridge that crosses the river, and on your left should be a waterfall – follow the small grassy area
before the bridge that gets you closer to the waterfall, the gargoyle is just on the rocks above the fall on the right side (he’s quite far from here so aim carefully)
Inside the Tomb of Heroes, you’ll enter a room with a pool of water in the middle of the floor – walk through the arched doorway at the end and the gargoyle is
on top of the opposite side of the door

Bowerstone Market
Silver Key Locations:
In the cellar of the furniture shop – shoot the orb above the entrance to unlock the door
There is a dive spot in the back left of the river that runs through Bowerstone Market – enter the dive spot, and you’ll come out in a room with a key in it
Behind the tavern down a small alley by the tavern cellar in a dig spot – your dog should be a 4-5 star treasure hunter to find it
Gargoyle Locations:
Under the bridge when you enter from Bower Lake – it’s on your right above two arches
When entering from Bower Lake, go to the right and up to the ramparts – it’s above the archway to the left after you find the second chest
Inside the carriage area when entering from Bower Lake
On the top floor of the furniture shop next to the door

Bowerstone Old Town

Silver Key Locations:
On the upstairs outside balcony of the Invisible Hand House (first house on the left as you go down the stairs toward Rookridge)
In the cellar next to the Gift and Food stalls
In the Old Town Warehouse behind some crates under the stairs
Gargoyle Locations:
When entering from Bowerstone Cemetery, there are steps going up and an arch on the left with a water tower above it – the gargoyle is on the water tower
Inside “The Felling Residence” on the staircase – house is located on the right just before the dead end with the large tree
 Bowerstone Cemetery
Silver Key Locations:
As you progress through “The Summoners” quest, you’ll come to an area with a broken down shed and a man tied up – it’s in the shed
In the second to last turning as you progress up the hill in the Graveyard area after completing “The Summoners” quest
On the top floor of the Cemetery Mansion
Inside the Shelly Crypt after you purchase the Cemetery Mansion – you have to open the chest with the gem, then go back into the room with the tombs and it is
behind the breakable wall on right behind the tombs
Gargoyle Locations:
Keep following the path up the steps in the Graveyard portion of the cemetery, and go past the bent over statue – in the area with some tombs on your left, the
gargoyle is on the roof of the largest tombs
At the top of the Graveyard is a large tomb – if you stand on the steps and face away from the doorway, the gargoyle is on the roof of the building to your left
After you pass the bent over statue, keep going up the stairs and after the second flight, look sharp right – the gargoyle is on the roof of the large tomb
Once you buy the Cemetery Mansion, you’ll have access to the Shelly Crypt – enter the gates to the Shelly Crypt and look to the left and you’ll see the gargoyle
on the building between the trees
Inside the Shelly Crypt, in the room where you shoot and hit the orb to create the pathways, as soon as you cross the final pathway, turn around and look left –
he’s very quiet and hard to hear but he’s sitting in an archway

Rookridge
Silver Key Locations:
When you are first attacked by bandits upon entering Rookridge for the first time, it is just past this area at the end of the a wooden walkway with a statue on it
During the “Bridge Too Far” quest, after you have taken out the bandits at the beginning of the tracks, it is past the shack on the right at the end of the tracks
Inside the Hobbe Cave, you’ll come to a narrow hallway with a dig spot with the silver key in it – the dig spot is towards the end of the Cave quest
After exiting the Hobbe Cave, go around behind the house you exit from and it is all the way behind it
Inside Gemstone Grotto (swim past Hobbe Cave and it’s on the beach to the right) – follow the path and right before the treasure chest, there is a room with a
visible statue and a key
Inside the Temple of Shadows, if you follow the left path out of the room with the dial in it to the main chamber (the room with the misty floor), you’ll find it
behind a chair and desk
Gargoyle Locations:
Go down the rail tracks behind the Rookridge Inn and follow the path to the second set of tracks – go all the way to the end and the gargoyle is on top of the
pulley tower to your right
Inside the Hobbe Cave, the gargoyle is on the wall to the left in the room with the chains and wooden beams
At the entrance/exit by the sea, there is a gargoyle on the cliff face viewable from the beach
At the entrance to the Temple of Shadows, before going down the spiral stairs, there are some large windows with two statues and lots of arches – face the
windows, turn right, and the gargoyle is on the wall beyond the arches
Inside the Temple of Shadows in the room with the misty floor (where the silver key is), the gargoyle is above the door across from the desk and chair

Oakfield
Silver Key Locations:
The second house on the right as you enter Oakfield from Rookridge has one inside of it
As you progress to the Temple of Light, the key is right there on the left side by the smaller lake
If you go down the path from the Sandgoose in the opposite direction from the Temple of Light, the house next door to the Sculptor’s Workshop is called
Porridge Cottage – the key is upstairs in this house
In the Wellspring Cave, the key is behind the platform in the first room where you stand on the switches
After the scene with Hammer’s father’s funeral, it is on the left as you follow the path down
Inside the Echo Mine (“Hobbe Squatters” quest) – it is on the right as you follow the path through the mine
 Gargoyle Locations:
Behind the sculptor’s house
On the side of the bridge over the stream across from the Sandgoose – the gargoyle is on the side of the bridge
Swim across the pond to the Oakfield Cemetery – as soon as you get out of the water, look on the ruined pillar/arches to the left

Fairfax Gardens
Silver Key Locations:
In the tunnel under the main manor if you go down the stairs and look to the left
In Lady Grey’s tomb, on the right in the room where you climb the huge flight of stairs
Gargoyle Locations:
Above the main building doorway – you need to stand back a bit to see it
During the “Love Hurts” quest, in Lady Grey’s Tomb, there is a section where you need to vault – the gargoyle is right across from you right before you jump
Inside Fairfax Castle (you need to buy it for 1,000,000 Gold first) – head to the library and the gargoyle is on the wall above the entrance

Brightwood
Silver Key Locations:
In Archon’s Knot, in the room with the second spiky floor puzzle, to the left as you complete the puzzle
Right after you defeat Ripper in the “Cold Comfort Farmer” quest, it’s right before the gate in the bandit area – face the gate and turn right to a little alcove
Right before Westcliff Road, on one side of a collapsed bridge
In between two horse statues up a hill by some hobbes right when you enter Brightwood from Bower Lake
Once you’ve purchased Giles’s farm, you’ll enter the cellar and find The Enforcer (legendary weapon) – the key is in the same room as this
Gargoyle Locations:
Behind the ruined tower with the 5 Key Chest in it – it’s on the side
Inside Archon’s Knot, when you first drop into the water – turn around when you climb out of the water and the gargoyle is on the opposite wall
On your way to Westcliff, you’ll pass three ruined arches and a small pond next to them – the gargoyle is above the arches before the exit to the Bandit Coast
Inside the Forsaken Fortress, when you first enter, there are two staircases on either side of you – take the right staircase to the top and the gargoyle is at the
end on a ruined pillar opposite one of the circular indentations on the path’s wall
At the top of Brightwood Tower (you have to buy it to complete the “Brightwood Tower” quest) – the gargoyle is outside the window in the room with the bed

The Bandit Coast

Silver Key Locations:
As you progress along the road, your dog with bark for treasure right before a huge u-turn in the road – you have to vault to the left of the road to find it
Gargoyle Locations:
In the main ruins of the bandit camp where you first meet the highwaymen, the gargoyle is all the way at the top of the ruined tower
Before reaching the ruins of the bandit camp, there is a small path you can follow on your left with two flags and a small wooden platform – go through the
doorway and the gargoyle is on the left in the room with the chest in the hole in the wall

Westcliff
Silver Key Locations:
In the ruined camp that you pass through on your way to the Howling Halls – right by the 20 Key Chest
In the cavern at the top of the spiral stairs in the Howling Halls in one of the alcoves
On the beach to the right behind some crates before you leave for The Spire quest
If you dive into the water right before the Howling Halls, the key is on a grassy section right by the Old Tin Mines (note that there is no way out of the water
short of using the menu to transport somewhere else, so don’t dive into this water during the middle of a quest or else you’ll have to start over)
 Gargoyle Locations:
From the docks, as you make your way up the cliff, the gargoyle is on the cliff face
Inside the Howling Halls, there is a room with a spiky floor where you are attacked by a lot of Balvarines – the gargoyle is on the wall behind a pillar directly to
the left when you first enter
Outside the entrance to the Howling Halls, there is a large archway – go down to the doorway but don’t enter it, and turn around and look up to the arch on the
left to see the gargoyle
There is a ruined tower that you can climb, and it gives you the option to dive off one opening, or vault off the other – go off the one you can vault off of, and
when you land, you’ll find a chest and a gargoyle
On the path, you’ll see some stones and stone archways before a wooden shack – head to the left until you reach a treasure chest, then turn around to see the
gargoyle on a stone archway

Wraithmarsh
Silver Key Locations:
Inside the abandoned farm building on the second floor – it’s the first building on the left as you approach the second lake where you face the first banshee
There is an area with crypts and tombs that you cannot enter where you are attacked by some hollow men – the key is in an open tomb all the way on the left
Once you defeat the second banshee, you’ll see a small green hut – go to the right and follow the small path to a dead end with three tombstones and the key
Once you find Lady Grey’s lower half in Twinblade’s Tomb, the key is on the right side of the main coffin
There is another key in Twinblade’s Tomb inside the main coffin itself
After you exit Twinblade’s Tomb by destroying the wall in the coffin room, there is a key right in front of you before you vault
Gargoyle Locations:
Inside the small house at the start as you enter here for the first time
There is a shed with a wheel on it across the lake – the gargoyle is on the side of the shed
After you cross the Oakvale Bridge, follow the path until you find some old ruins – turn right to find a chest, then turn around to see the gargoyle on the ruined
arch
After you pass the area with the tombs and the misty floor, the gargoyle is on the last tomb on the left before going through a large arch
Inside Twinblade’s Tomb, in the coffin room, there is a gargoyle above the door you enter from
In the Shadow Court, you’ll come to a room with spikes in the floor – after crossing the spikes, turn around and the gargoyle is above the entrance

Bloodstone
Silver Key Locations:
When you first enter Bloodstone from Wraithmarsh, there is a tomb with an expression statue in it – use the Pickup Line expression and it will open a tomb
further down with a key in the coffin
When you enter the Sinkhole for the “Treasure Island of Doom” quest, there is a key in front of you before you first dive into it – you cannot access it until you
complete the quest and raise the water level, so once the quest is done and you’ve spoken to Salty Jack, go back in and you should be able to get it
As you are looking for the 10 treasure chests during the “Treasure Island of Doom” quest, you’ll go up a hill where you shoot a gargoyle – right before you enter
the cave, there is a ledge on your right that you can vault to with a key on it
In the cellar of the Furniture Shop – you need to hit the orb to open the door with the key in it
In a dive spot along the Waterfront, by the crane on the right end
Gargoyle Locations:
In between the boathouse and the house on the left, the gargoyle is on the side of the house
Swim into the water from the Waterfront by the large ship, and there is a small beach area just large enough to stand out – look towards the cliff face and you’ll
see the gargoyle
Head along the Waterfront until you come to a lot of huts with a large crane – the gargoyle is on the crane
During the “Treasure Island of Doom” quest while looking for the treasure, you’ll go up a hill towards a cave – the gargoyle is to the left of the second waterfall

chest in front of the gate - when color is restored, you will be able to go back to that gate in the
Shadow Court and open the chest in front of it, with the dye inside
Jaunty Jaundice Dye Cursed Snowglobe If you go down the well, and to the area with the knights, and the previously locked chest - it is
in area with rocks, and it's light
Wisp White Dye Cursed Skull The first area after the talking rocks with the knight will have tomb stones and little cemetery

Night Blue Dye Cursed Skull When you go to the mysterious cave, in the 2nd area, it is located in a chest below the Hobbe
suit - you can walk a little way down the path and jump down to the chest

bushes you can chop down - there will be a Hobbe statue, and you will use the other two
statues to go through the locked door, and open it - the last statue will be a statue of your hero,
unlock it, kill the statues, and go to the Last Beacon and it will be at the top of the tower
Balvarine Brown Dye Cursed Skull If you go down first path, where you get the first wisps from, there is a Balvarine statue in from
of a little cemetery house - go where the wisps are, push over a casket lid, and grab this dye
Strawberry Blonde Dye Colosseum Must get all three Teddy Bears in the Colosseum:
1. Captain Teddy – Acquire exactly 1985 points in the Colosseum
2. King Teddy – In the room right before the starting room – there are two lit candles on
the left, so light the two on the right with the fireball to get the bear
