Continuance of Service Form
Section 1. Continuance of Service Form. This form shall document the decision of any SSG officer
of this term to continue or cease their service in the organization. The form shall help track continuing
officers, and at the same time, streamline the process for ceasing officers.
Section 2. Rationale. The Joint Body of the SSG has suffered from the absences, lack of
communication, and neglect of duty of several officers. While the body is willing to understand and
welcome the officers back, the organization has suffered too much delay and backlog in its
processes. The form was created in necessity, since the organization simply cannot move forward
shall the current situations remain.
Section 3. Execution. This form is an execution of the functions of the President, consented by the
House Speaker. The functions in mention can be found in the 2017 CIT-U SSG Constitution under
Article VI, Sections 8 c) and 8 i).
Section 4. Validity. This form shall be valid only when there is only ONE signature per signing officer.
Section 5. Continuance of Service. By signing this portion of the form, and nowhere else, the
signing officer commits to continuing their service in the SSG; keeping in mind that they are under
Oath of Office and have been voted/appointed into position.
The signing officer acknowledges their past absences and any cases of neglect of duty, and therefore
accept any consequences their actions have solicited. The officer accepts that all their standing
violations remain.

d) Acknowledges the due process and waives their right to a hearing and trial,
e) Will be relieved from duty and of any consequences of their actions,

Service.
