I love how Duncan has used a green back found to compliment the
green vegetables in the salad and help the other ingredients pop out
due to contrast.

I love how Duncan has used a black background and charcoal surface to
help the natural colours of the perfect unburnt brioche bun and the
shine of the juicy unburnt stake pop out, to help show the food quality
and colours.
