AFFIDAVIT OF RELEASE / QUIT CLAIM


I, Janice Memoracion of legal age, Filipino, with address _BRGY 44 PAWA
LEGASPI CITY I am a former employee of All Trade Manpower Inc a corporation duly
registered and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and which is
engaged in the business of supplying manpower and personnel needs to its
local/provincial clients;

1. For and in consideration of the amount TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED


SEVENTY FIVE PESOS AND EIGHTY THREE
CENTAVOS(2,875.83)acknowledged to my satisfaction as the full and fair
settlement of all `my labor and other monetary claims that may be due to me
now or hereinafter, I do hereby unconditionally release and absolutely
discharge ATMI, its clients, contractors and/or principals from any liability and
responsibility arising from or in connection with my previous employment or by
reason of my cessation therewith;

2. I further warrant that I have no other claims whatsoever whether on account


of any company policies or practices, or by contractual stipulation and thus do
hereby waive and relinquish my right of action to prosecute or bring suit
against the said ATMI, its clients, contractors and/or principals, as well as their
respective owners, officers, employees, representatives or assigns;

3. This affidavit is being executed freely and voluntarily for the purpose of
attesting to the truth and correctness of the declaration of facts I stated and
not to defraud whomsoever.

4. herein, Affiant sayeth naught.
