To Apply for TUPSTAT:

1. Fill out Online applicationform using the linkers.tup.edu.ph/aims/applicants or @www.tup.edu.ph


Complete all the required information and upload recent 2” X 2” IDpicture on plain white background. Take note of
your application number, yourUSERNAME and PASSWORD.

2. Secure admission approval from the Office of Admissions.


Bringthe following:
- Evidence of Grades (i.e. Form 138 ofGrade 11/1stsem. of Grade 12 or equivalent)
- Application I.D. Number (USERNAME)

3. Once evaluated, check youradmission status in your application account on the specified date and printyour Test
Permit.

4.Take the TUPSTAT on scheduleddate/time and specified venue. Bring with you the following a) Test Permit, b.)2
sharpened pencil with eraser , and c) SHS ID.
Note:Please come one hour before the time.

5.Test result will be posted at TUP Website (www.tup.edu.ph)or CLA Lobby bulletin board.

6.Report on the specified date for your interviewand bring the following documents for enrolment.
a. Test permit.
b. Original copy of Form138/137or transcript of Records.
c. Certificate ofGood Moralcharacter.
d. Photocopy of PhilippineStatistics Authority (PSA) released Birth certificate.
*Failure to report on the specifieddate will meanforfeiture of Admission slot.*
