4) To claim and receive from the Office of Developer, CHMI Land, Inc., and Registry of Deeds of Paranaque City,
PAG-IBIG Home Deleopment Fund and/or any concerned offices, the Owner’s Duplicate/Original Copy of the above-
mentioned property together with all pertinent documents therewith;
5) To have the first priority to purchase and to resell the said property;
6) To do and perform all other acts, deeds, and things necessary and proper to be done in connection with the
aforementioned, as fully and effectually to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and I
hereby ratify and confirm all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done on my behalf by virtue of
