II. Rationale: This School-based Learning Action Cell (SLAC): Successful teaching is the result of the systematic use of appropriate strategies for delivering and
assessing the learning objectives targeted for each lesson. Different methods of teachers’ professional development are implemented throughout the school to
improve teaching learning process.

III. Objectives:

- To improve the teaching learning process that will lead to improve learning among students.
- To enable teachers to support each other to continuously improve their content and pedagogical knowledge, practice skills and attitudes.
- To foster a professional collaborative spirit among teachers and School heads
