ORDER

After considering the application for bail on the basis of the


complaint at bar, the court grants that the accused Camilla Dela
Torre be provisionally released upon the filing of the Property
Bond. Such fact of lien should be recorded and annotated on
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-332576 registered with the
Registry of Deeds of Davao City.

Wherefore, this Court hereby resolves to APPROVE and


GRANT the bail bond secured by TCT No. T-332576, as presented
by Atty. Lara Aurea L. de los Santos, and to this end hereby fixes
the Register of Deeds of Davao City is hereby ORDERED to cause
the annotation of the above lien on TCT No. T-332576.

SO ORDERED.
