Project Title: Development of full vehicle program for the Frontal Impact
Role: Analysis Engineer
Client: Mahendra and Mahendra company
Duration: 3 weeks
Description:
Project involves development of multiple crash subsystems. There were totally 18 subsystems(FR and RR suspension,
closures, air induction, steering system, cradle and mounts etc).Model development of the above mentioned subsystem which
involves, cad study, meshing, assembly, intersection and penetration, various connections (NRB’s, joints and welds etc). This is in
include file format and to be debugged for zms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Study the scope of the project
• Study of the input data (CAD data, Quality parameters)
• Model building activities
• Quality check for all the parameter

Description: the task of project is to create mesh for Exhaust manifold Assembly in hypermesh using 2d elements. By extracting the
mid surface, on mid surface we have to create 2d mesh on that surface. Connections given through rigid and beam. Load cases are
applied as for the client requirements. Linear and modal analysis should be run in Natran . Results are viewed in hyperview.
Project Title: Front Axle Assembly for structural analysis

Description: The goal of the project is to create meshing of front axle assembly in hypermesh using 3d elements and do analysis
using abaqus . All connections are given with beams, rigids and contacts . loads cases are applied on client requirements. Linear and
non linear analysis should be run in the abaqus. Results are viewed in hyperview.
Project Title: TPL (Three point linkage ) Assembly for structural analysis

Description: the goal of project is to create meshing for the three point linkage assembly in hypermesh . After converting into 3d
elements and give connections such as rigids, zero-rigids and beam..etc then after different types of loads applied such as side thrust,
pull load, lift capacity load. Then after linear analysis should be run in Nastran.
Project Title: Dash board Assembly for structural analysis

Description: the task of the project is to create the meshing for Dash board Assembly . In plastic , it is difficult to get mid surface so
we have to generate by using mid surface, line, surface offset ..etc . Variable thickness is given to the components in assembly. All
connections are given in rigid and beam . linear and crash analysis should be run in Nastran. Results are viewed in the hper view .
