Design, Development of EPB system.


EPB layout study (Considering length, bending radius, tolerance, twisting tolerance, clearance in
all positions bound, rebound and normal checks)
EPB Mounting Position study for above layout.
Communicating and Getting approval from surrounding parts engineer for feasibility of studied
mounting position and holes (suspension, Body, link, beam or knuckle)
Tool accessibility and feasibility check for mounting bracket while mounting and service.
After getting approval from surrounding Engineer for Mounting position feasibility , detail
Mounting hole study (Tolerance stack up) and detail Mounting bracket shape study (Considering
all Position bound, rebound and normal and CAE results)
