Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague):
Shamma said the she felt at ease while I was observing her, she liked the idea of having feedback given from a
student like her instead of a professional. Personally, I liked observing her and I enjoyed watching how she
works in the classroom it gave me ideas as to how to communicate with my own students. Shamma was satisfied
with my feedback of her lesson, she was happy that I gave her honest feedback and some advice. I suggested
that the next lesson she creates more lessons using concrete materials to make the lesson easier.
This was a great experience for me to witness and learn from, I hope Shamma has more good lessons and
awesomeness.
Please share feedback immediately following the observation once the forms are completed.
