THE OBSERVATIONS DOCUMENTED WITHIN THIS REPORT DEPICTS THE SITE
INSTALLATION DONE TILL THE DATE OF SITE SURVEY.
ALL AVAILABLE MATERIAL DETAILS SUCH AS CERTIFICATIONS (MATERIAL IS
LISTED/APPROVED), HANDLING & STORAGE CONDITIONS WILL BE THE
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MEP CONTRACTOR
