SCADA I/O SIGNAL LIST FOR 220/132KV SUBSTATION MANSEHRA.
Ref: M/s Chint Office letter no. CHINT/ADB-67R/2019/11/18-E03 dated: 18-11-2019

With reference to subject matter, this office has reviewed the SCADA signal list submitted by
your office vide above reffered letter. This office has followings observations and comments:

1. Open and close command for 220kV CBs shall be separate/ independent.
2. Open and close command for 132kV CBs shall be separate/ independent.
3. Tap changer Raise and Lower command shall be separate/ independent for each
Transformer.
4. Followings signals are missing:
a. Power factor measurement for all Transmission lines (220kV & 132kV).
b. 132kV Bus Coupler protection (overcurrent & earth fault) operated.

After incorporating the above difficiencies/ discripencies, same shall be submitted to the office
of G.M. (S.O) NPCC, NTDC Islamabad, for approval, with copy to this office along with
attachements for reference/ record.
