I, XXXX, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of Barangay


XXXXX, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state that:

1. I am the registered owner of one (1) parcel of land situated in


Barangay XXXX with an area of 12,224 square meters and covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. XXXX;

2. That the above-mentioned land is not tenanted as I am the only one in


personal possession, cultivation and occupation of the same;

3. I am voluntarily executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of all the


foregoing statements, to attest to the fact that my above-described parcel of
land is not tenanted and for all legal intents and purposes this may serve.

covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. N – 34855;

2. That the above-mentioned land is not tenanted as I am the only one in
