This document is a compromise agreement between Sheila and Andres to provisionally dismiss a violation of R.A. 9262 case. Andres agrees to provide monthly support of P8,000 for their child Gazzele and pay half of hospitalization costs exceeding PhilHealth coverage. Andres will also give sole custody of Gazzele to Sheila and bring the child to her residence by April 30, 2020. In return, Sheila will allow Andres to visit Gazzele and fulfill his obligations as her father. Both parties signed the agreement on March 5, 2020 with the assistance of the City Prosecutor and counsel for the accused.

COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement is being entered into between:

SHEILA, of legal age, single, and a resident of Block 24, Lot 35,
________________________;
-and-

ANDRES, of legal age, single, and a resident of


____________________________.

1. That, SHEILA (“Sheila” for brevity) is the private complainant in this


case of for violation of R.A. 9262 filed against the accused ANDRES
(“Renz” for brevity);
2. That, Shiela agreed for the provisional dismissal of this case for Violation
of R.A. 9262 filed by her against Renz provided that:
A. Renz will religiously give the amount of Eight Thousand
Pesos (P8,000.00) as monthly support for his recognized
illegitimate child namely: Gazzele Acera Andres
(“Gazzele” for brevity) who was born on August 3, 2010;
B. The aforementioned amount shall be given every 30th day
of the month commencing on April 30, 2020 and every subsequent

months thereafter. Said support shall be used for the therapy and
support of Gazzele;
C. Said amount will be deposited to the ______ Savings
Account of Shiela with Account No. _____________________;
D. In addition, Renz likewise agrees to shoulder half of the
hospitalization expenses of their child in excess of the PhilHealth
coverage of Shiela. Said support for hospitalization expenses
would only cover a maximum of three hospitalizations in a year;

3. On or before the 30th day of April 2020, Renz will now give to Shiela
the sole custody of Gazzele and will bring the minor child to the residence of
________________, _______________________________;

4. Lastly, Shiela will allow Renz to visit Gazzele at their aforementioned


residence and will not prohibit him to likewise do his obligations as the father
of Gazzele;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES hereunto set their hand this 5th
day of March 2020 in the ___________________.
