AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE
I, MARINA M. SINADJAN, Filipino, of legal age, married and resident of
Malingin, Bogo City, Cebu, Philippines, after having been sworn in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the private complainant/party in a criminal case docketed as B-


08229 FOR Violation of Sec. 5(a) of RA 9262 pending before the RTC
Branch 61 of Bogo City against accused, ROBERTO VERALLO
SINADJAN;
2. That for several times, the accused and I had a long and deep
conversations and for that several long talks that we had, he pleaded to
me his sincere and solemn plea of forgiveness for the apparent wrong he
caused not only against me but also to our children for dragging the
familys reputation in disrepute;
3. That his goodwill of extending his sincere apology coupled with the
immense reflection of the wrongdoings he has caused towards me and the
family are very much appreciated. Therefore I have caused the writing of
this affidavit and I herein make manifest my desistance to continue with
the prosecution of the criminal action I filed against the accused,
ROBERTO V. SINADJAN;
4. That this affidavit is read, translated and explained to me in person in the
vernacular and language known to me by the undersigned notary public
and fully understand the contents thereto and the consequence of this act
and that I attest to the truth of the foregoing facts as true and correct as to
my intent and desire to desist from filing any suit against him;
