COME NOW defendants PAULINA ONASA and WILFREDO
GARCIA, thru the undersigned counsel, to this Honorable Court, most
respectfully allege:

That copy of the DECISION dated February 18, 2016 was received by
the plaintiff, thru the undersigned counsel, sometime on March 15, 2016;

That plaintiff has fifteen (15) days from receipt of the said DECISION
within which to appeal to the Regional Trial Court of Bacolod City;

That aforenamed defendants hereby make known that they are


appealing the DECISION dated February 18, 2016 to the Regional Trial
Court of Bacolod City, on ground of questions of law and facts;

That the appeal fee is duly paid by the appellants as evidenced by the
Official Receipt issued by the Administrative Office of the RTC, Bacolod
City, copy of which is herewith attached as ANNEX “A”;

That copy of this NOTICE OF APPEAL is duly furnished the plaintiff,


thru counsel, ATTY. JOSE MA. CIOCON;

That considering these circumstances, defendants most respectfully


pray that this NOTICE OF APPEAL be accordingly granted.
PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed


that this NOTICE OF APPEAL be duly GRANTED and the record of the
above-entitled case be forwarded to the Regional Trial Court of Bacolod
City, for proper disposition.

Aforenamed defendants pray for other relief just and equitable under
the premises.
