VIBRANCY + WANTERFRONT+ WALKABILITY
VISION STATEMENT
For the undergraduate capstone project , we are first tasked with choosing a site in New England area and selecting an appropriate land use. My interests
revolve around urban waterfront and campus. This project integrates these two main elements with vibrant, inspired and connective placemaking, provid-
ing a high-quality waterfront public realm with the emphasis on high school function for nearby neighborhood. The theme color and name of this park:
MINT BLUE is inspired by the mimgling of the waterfront (Blue) and public space (Green) elements.
