Bently LUBE™
Description
Bently LUBE™ is a powerful software application designed to manage
lubricant analysis data. Bently LUBE™ was developed using fundamental
engineering principles, industry standards, and Bently Nevada's experience.
The analysis of lubricants and power fluids can provide machinery users with
useful insights into the condition of wetted machine components. Proper
testing and analysis can also provide useful information about the quality
and condition of the lubricant itself, as well as identifying contamination of
the fluid by water, particulates or process fluids. A program that proactively
manages machinery lubricants and power fluids can dramatically extend
machine life and improve availability. Bently LUBE™ can help identify and
correct potentially harmful conditions before machine damaged occur s.
Bently LUBE™ software provides powerful reporting and graphical tools to
help users accurately track the condition of their machinery lubricants and
power fluids. Bently LUBE™ is ideal for machinery engineers who need tools
to handle the sometimes-daunting task of tracking the complex array of
analytical test results for hundreds to thousands of machine fluid
applications.

• Display and print trends of lab analysis results, with
your choice of data plotted against calendar intervals or
equipment service hours .
• Display tests with multiple variables (like elemental
spectrographic results) in a very effective format with
bargraph plots. The log scaling option greatly enhances
data visibility for multi-variable plots with large ampli-
tude variations among the variables.
