INTENSIVE MIXER

Ensure following points before switching


on the Machine after Lock Down.

1.Clean the Sand from Shell inside ,Batch Hopper,


Scrappers and blender Blades
2.Check the Scraper Blades and adjust the Gap if
Required
3.Ensure all Lubrication requirements
are properly carried out.
4.Check all v-Belts for proper tensioning.
5.Check the Electricals.(Enclosed separate Sheet)
6.Check the Pneumatic Connections.
7.Keep the Machine in home position.
8.Run the Machine in idle condition for 2 min,
then proceed for Loading.
