✓ Unit to be locked and tagged before any maintenance or service is performed.
✓ Ensure Unit has cooled down before any services are carried out.
✓ Ensure PPE gear should be used before any maintenance or service is performed.
Schedule Maintenance
1, Engine Oil Maintain oil level between "add" and "full" marks on the dipstick.
2, Coolant Level Maintain level in range above boffle plate and filler neck.
3, Fuel Tank Fill as required.
4, Battery Check all battery terminal and water battery (if wet type battery).
5, Drive Belts Check condition and tension.
6, Air Cleaner Indicator If the indicator piston lock in the UP position, service the element.
7, Transmission Check oil level, noise & leakage.
8, Vacuum Pump Oil Maintain oil level between "high" and "low" marks on the dipstick.
9, Water Trap Empty water trap on vacuum tank.
10, Sensor Temp. Pump Check function of sensor.
11, Bare Shaft Pump Visually inspect the level in hydraulic oil tank.
12, Lubrication System Fill with fresh oil if required to the bottom of the strainer.
13, Mech. Seal Oil Tank Maintain oil level between "add" and "full" marks on the glass.
14, Mech. Seal Check Mech. seal leakage.
15, Gland Seal Check Gland seal condition, change the gland seal if gland seal was damage.
16, Suction Installation Check the hose and strainer for blockages or damage. Make sure it is properly submerged.
17, Discharge Installation Check the hose and connection for blockages or damage.
