selling their products by providing them the 3d design of their apartments, also by providing
the customers Verified properties like “nobrokrage.com”
 Advertising the builders on the website on sides, etc.
 Surge placement of the projects.
 Commission from banks for providing housing loans.

 Tie-up with the corporates to provide them with the furnished service apartments according
to their needs or their own designs.

Team Requirement
 If the company aims to on board 1000 builders on the website, we should have a team of at
least 4 people round the year so as to achieve the figure of total calls to be near about

builders as our partners.
