Job Summary
As a VP/Director-Marketing, you would be working with a team of Online Marketing
professionals on Grazitti’s internal projects and executing various marketing initiatives for
Grazitti. You will be primarily responsible for developing marketing strategy for Grazitti, with
detailed action plan for Inbound, SEO, SEM, Email, Social media, Blog campaigns etc. and
contribute to Grazitti’s business through lead and demand generation.
Experience
12+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with a product firm.

● Manage teams and results from the following functions:
● Product and Services Marketing including content
● Branding and design
● Email Marketing
● Social and Paid advertising
● Lead Research
● Reporting and Analytics for Marketing
Overall Responsibilities:-
● Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of
the company’s business activities.
● Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing
professionals.
● Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
● Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion.
● Marketing plan development and execution.
● Meet the lead generation targets for the company.
● Monitoring integrated marketing campaigns.
● Interface with the sales team and make sure of alignment between sales and
marketing.
● Supervising teams: Product Marketing, SEO(Paid marketing), Content (infographics,
Case studies), Design (Infographics, Ebook), DM (internal list building).
● Content and Design output from quality and quantity perspective.
● Event Planning and Execution
● Company branding and marketing results
● Hands on experience with running targeted marketing campaigns and strong
knowledge of different Online Marketing tactics like SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media
Marketing and e-Mail marketing will be required.
Other Key Responsibilities
● Adherence to internal QMS (Quality Management System) procedures & Information
Security Controls according to implemented ISMS (Information Security
Management System) of the Organization.
● Report immediate Reporting Manager/Supervisor related to incidents, suggestions,
issues related to ISMS.
