Reporting to: Vice President – Marketing
Job Description:
• Develop and Execute marketing communications strategy which supports the Process Analytic
Support – India goals and growth targets.
• This role will also extend to Business Units – India for Solutions Offering.
• Understand use of marketing tools and digital techniques to increase the visibility, profile and
awareness of Advanced Analytical offering in India Region.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in India in creation and implementation of MarComm
collateral for new product launch and sales campaigns. May include printing brochures, websites,
newsletters, white papers, business cases, advertisements, webinars, PowerPoint presentations, and
interactive marketing tools.
• Support the Sales team (both direct & indirect) on promotions, events, display activities and the
creation of sales tools.
• Continually search for and identify customer successes for testimonials and case studies.
• Create and manage all content initiatives and ensure content follows branding and communication
guidelines.
• Ownership and Management of all communication channels: Emails, social media, web, print, etc.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of key marcom campaigns and initiatives. Assess trends, identify
improvements, and provide reporting to relevant stakeholders.
• Gather industry research and prepare recommendations for marketing strategy development and
optimization.
• Initiate and implement projects as needed. Write reports and proposals as needed.
• Role will require some travel both domestic and international, to support marketing efforts.

Education: MBA in Marketing/Communication/Journalism, or closely related field.
Experience: Fresher
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of Adobe products including InDesign and Photoshop.
• E-Marketing and SEO tools.
• Advanced PC skills – Microsoft Office, SFDC, and web analytics would be ideal.
• Personal attributes (skills, e.g. presentation skills, commitment to deadlines).
• Team player with communication and people skills.
• Result oriented, with the ability to work through conflicts and persuasively influence outcomes.
