Dubai festival city is a Dh. 25 billion mixed-use development project, which is located in the center of the
Dubai City. The project is to complete within a ten-years period.

Responsibilities entrusted include managing post contract quantity surveying functions, for the following
named parts of the project with the combined value–Dh. 4.70 billion
Intercontinental Dubai Festival City -35 storied hotel / apartment building with 422 rooms, 80 hotel
apartments and other hotel facilities including prestigious specialty restaurants, SPA, swimming pools and
back of house areas.

Crown Plaza Dubai Festival City -19 storied building (over convention center) comprising 318 rooms and
other hotel facilities such as specialty restaurants.

Festival Tower- 30 storied office building of approximately 40,000 m2 of lettable area (shell and core only)

Convention center- 2-stored building under and beside the Crowne Plaza hotel containing ballrooms
function rooms and exhibition space.

Festival City Shopping center - procured through traditional method.


The shopping center includes 2.20 million square foot including shopping, recreation and cinema and
office spaces.
