Vision-Mission- Goal and Objectives

Vision

A preferred university of developmental culture and inclusive growth.

Mission

It shall produce globally competitive leaders molded from a tradition of excellence in

instruction, research, effective governance, sustainable entrepreneurship and an environment

that assumes major responsibility in cultural vitality and well-being of the community.

Goals

1. Attain and sustain quality and excellence for universityhood;

2. Promote relevance and responsiveness;

3. Broaden access and equity;

4. Enhance efficiency and effectiveness; and,

5. Develop harmony within the College, and with stakeholders and benefactors.

Objectives

The MPSPC Department of Accountancy aims to:

- Produce professionally competent graduates equipped with the necessary skills and

right attitudes to become leaders in the field of Accountancy;

- Organize and conduct capacity building programs for faculty to improve teaching

competency;

- Develop and maintain linkages with the industry , alumni and the community.

Goals

universityhood.

2. Mait-ek ay banor ya manangsongbat si kasapulan ay oskilaan.

3. Mailawa nan pannakawada ya panag-iiso.

4. Maiwadwada nan kabaelan ya ka epektibo.

5. Masapo nan panag es esa isna oskilaan, oskila ya men ili.

Objectives:

II. Significance of VMGO to the Subject (Auditing)

The VMGO of the school serve as a guide in fulfilling the purpose of the subject and in

achieving the student’s goal. The subject help the student in understanding principles and
concepts then apply the important points in their work. To gain more experience that nurtures

the student’s knowledge, the facilitators prepare different task that will help the students learn

and adapt . The subject will teach them to make a move step by step and discover their

weaknesses and strengths to easily determine what to enhance and where to focus.

This subject in relation to the VMGO of the university will not only focus in teaching the

topics but also teach discipline to the students. Base from the output and effort in complying

the tasks, it will determine how serious and competitive the students are. The subject will also

help the students to reach each other and learn from one another. In this case, the students

were put in a situation to work with different kinds of people and it will be based on them on

how to cope with their colleagues like coping up with their future co-workers.

The VMGO of the university help to prepare each student to be ready in the outside

world before leaving the university. The university provide different programs in which they

believe will help their students in developing. Through the different courses offered, each

student can choose which path that will lead them to their goals. In each subject, an arm is

willing to guide each student and continue to provide the need of each to fully prepare them in

the career they had chosen to follow. Everyone need guidance that lead us to the direction until

we can do it ourself.
