Sporting Activities
Read the following text and answer the questions below.
                     .......................................................................
Sports activities have many benefits. However young boys and girls rarely
take any activity as an essential part of their daily routines.  Few young people
practice a sport regularly. If they belong to a football or basketball team, they do
exercises whenever the team's coach asks them to. They do it to keep active until
the next competitive match. Students have to attend their P.E lessons twice a
week. Whenever their P.E teacher catches the flu and stays at home, they yell out
of excitement and move to the cafeteria to eat snacks and take some fizzy drinks.
Sports activities promote plenty of benefits. They enhance concentration in the
classroom, build confidence and create a sense of pride and success. So why
don't parents teach their children to be always involved in sports? If children watch
a sports game in ballparks or arenas, or on TV, the first thing they learn is that
sports activities are indispensable.

Writing:
Topic: Write an article in which you explain why people don't practice sport and
give advice to people to incorporate sporting activities in their daily routines.
People don’t practice a sport because a busy schedule which is the most
common reason people choose not to exercise, they work 8 or up to ten hours per
day getting home really tired; experience followed by a previous failed exercise
attempts during different periods of time, people starts actively going to gym or
exercising but due to work or home activities start setting apart this activity,
furthermore, some people hate exercise, they just don’t like it, simple, another
important reason is because they have limited budget to attend classes at a gym,
some gyms with great machines and trainers are expensive and over pass the
budgets to pay and finally some people also considers that exercise is painful
because of their age or a lack of regular sports practice.
So, it would be a great idea to incorporate some simple home exercises into their
everyday routines, it is just necessary 5 or 10 minutes to practice sports at home
and help body and mind to be active and prepare a new day. Many times, it is not
necessary any equipment, just home devices as chairs or a clean floor and
downloading a training App…no more excuses to start a routine before next
Monday!

Physical Verbs – Definition and Examples
Physical verbs are action verbs. They describe specific physical actions. If you can
create motion with your body or use a tool to complete an action, the word you use
to describe it is most likely a physical verb. For example, Joe sat in his chair, the
dog breathes quickly after she chases her ball, and should we vote in the
election? Even when the action isn’t very active if the action is done by the body or
a tool, consider it a physical verb.
