MOTION TO RESET HEARING

Deffendant PAPA SMURF, by counsel, most respectfully submits


that:

1. On April 1, 2020, the undersigned counsel received and Order


from the Honorable Court dated March 27, 2020, setting the schedule of
the Hearing on April 10, 2020.

2. However, the undersigned counsel of the accused has also been


previously scheduled to attend another hearing at the Regional Trial
Court of Tagum on the same date, and cannot therefore attend the April
10, 2020 hearing.

3. The undersigned counsel of the accused, hereby appeal to the


kind understanding of the Honorable Court.

4. This motion is not intended for delay, but is rather anchored on


the foregoing reason.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is most respectfully prayed in


this Honorable Court that the hearing set on April 10, 2020 be reset to
another date convenient to the calendar of the Honorable Court, but
preferably on April 15, 2020; 8:00 A.M.
