Greetings of F.A.T.E.S!
This has reference to your letter dated May 30, 2017, whereupon you informed the
University of the total accreditation fee in the amount of Php. 285, 000.00.
Anent thereto, we wish to inform your good office that prior to the finalization of the date
of the Accreditation visit, the University has already paid a total of Php. 240, 000.00 as
evidenced by Check Deposit Slip dated November 2, 2016 with the Development Bank
of the Philippines (DPB), Check Number 52484355 deposited at AACCUP, Inc.
Considering the foregoing, the undersigned wishes to signify the University’s interest to
have the Php. 240, 000.00 previously paid, deducted to the total accreditation fee.
Should this be done, rest assured that the balance of Php. 45, 000.00 is underway and
will be deposited to your account as soon as it is ready.
