The University is also reiterating their request to submit 8 additional programs for accreditation surveys preferably in August 2017. 3. The letter is signed by the University President thanking the Executive Director of AACCUP for their support and cooperation in bringing quality accreditation to Sultan Kudarat State University programs.

This has reference to Memorandum No. 17-01 issued by your office requiring SUCs to
submit their application for accreditation survey visit as early possible and on a
prescribed format.

In line with this, we are humbly submitting the following programs for accreditation
preferably on the specified dates below, considering that these programs were
originally scheduled for December of 2016, however, due to circumstances beyond our
control, the survey visit was not realized:
