 Croma was established by a subsidiary company of Tata Sons titled Infiniti


Retail Limited. It is of Indian origin and is associated with the electronic
retail industry. Croma is actually a retail chain dealing in durables and
consumer electronics.
 I visited Croma retail outlet located Iscon Cross Road.

Retailing Mix of Croma


1. Price
 Pricing of the Croma is quite reasonable. It offers some discounts on
almost every products they’re selling. Apart from the product discount
they have tied up with various payment partners which also benefits
customer by availing cashback on using particular payment method.
 At the store products were having price tag which shows the price of the
products before and after the discount.

2. Promotion
 Croma is using online promotions, print advertising, radio ads and
television advertising to influence consumer’s purchase decision and their
intention to purchase.
 Croma also has a 24*7 helpline number that provides information and
help to any customer.
3. Place
 Store is located at a very prime spots of the city. Store operations hours
are 11 AM to 8:30 PM.
 There are sales executives allotted for each section of the store who
interacts with the customers providing the information on the customer.

4. Product
 Croma retail carries wide range of electronic products such as Mobile
Phones, Laptops and accessories, Home Appliances, Entertainment and
Photography equipment.

5. Presentation
 Store is located on the ground floor of the building. Store is strategically
very well placed. Iscon area where store is located one the posh area of
city.
 Store have a large walk-ins because of the location also it is surrounded
by residential buildings and corporate offices.

6. Process
 Process is simple and easy to understand at the croma retail. Whenever a
customer enters he is accompanied by one of the executives of the store,
who will provide all the information to customer to make the purchase
decision. After that customer is directed to the billing section.
