1. Internship Proposed: To understand several Prospects of sales in an absolute manner.

2. Description of Internship in brief : Founded in 2017 The Guardians mark the coming
together of the best of minds from the Indian real estate industry, a set of professionals who
have played diverse roles across their careers. Their collective experience spans over 7
decades and extends to a pan India portfolio of the best of both regional and national real
estate brands. The team has till date sold over 78 lakh sq.ft. of projects in both residential
and commercial. The organisation is today one of the leading real estate consultancy &
advisory firms in the city. An organisation that had started with a man force of 6 people has
evolved into a 257 Professionals company.I seek to understand the product and it’s value.
Firstly ,I seek to generate leads through advertising, Cp’s , social media. Secondly , reaching
the leads through cold calling and channel partners. Finally, directly interacting with the
clients and understanding their requirements and closing the deal.

3. Objective of Internship : To understand various aspects of sales through channel partners


and lead generation at THE GUARDIANS Real Estate Advisory

4. Methodology : Cold calling, boosting sales through direct (by handling clients ) and indirect (
channel partners ) sales, gathering product information, and through competitive analysis.

5. Schedule : 18th February 2020 to 18th may 2020

6. Limitations of the study : In scope my study is limited to cold calling , direct and indirect
sales. Out of scope , separate department handles the lead generation. Final negotiation is
done by senior members and Customer relationships are maintained by different
departments.
