They are requesting assistance from the Mayor and Municipal Administrator to ensure the success of the workshop in developing effective fire safety measures for the community.

Please be informed that the Bureau of Fire Protection has commenced its new program
entitled “OPLAN LIGTAS NA PAMAYANAN”. Under this, the BFP will assist and
encourage all barangays to formulate a comprehensive plan to fire safety.

In this connection, this office will conduct workshop on 07 March 2019 to the two
participating Barangays (Brgy San Gabriel & Brgy San Isidro) in the formulation of their
CFPP (Community Fire Protection Plan). This office respectfully requests your
assistance in the conduct of workshop.

Your assistance in this workshop shall produce an effective output that is beneficial to
all Cabeos and the Municipality in terms of fire safety.

Your approval in this request is highly appreciated by this office.
