AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER
I, JORGE AQUINO ALIT II, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of
East Balabag, Valencia, Negros Oriental, having been duly sworn in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the account owner of NORECO II Account No. 01-0179-7900, Meter


No. SF-13329 which is currently assigned the account name Eldridge,
Cristina c/o Alit, Jorge II A.;

2. I hereby cede and waive my rights, interests and ownership over the
foregoing account number to Cristina Padillo Eldridge;

3. I understand the consequences of this waiver and do hereby intelligently


execute the same;

4. As such, I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing


facts and for any other legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.
