1. Mail send against order not showing in PITS / Oracle Mail Send

2. Before Order Feeding in PITS / ORACLE system, Search O.C. # and verify the Verifiy OK
quantity.

3. Then add order in PITS / ORACLE system and mentioned Production Ord. ID Done
on first page of Size Detail & Check List.

4. Enter quantity in PITS / ORACLE system according to Size Detail & Check List and Yes
verify complete order at the end.

5. Cut Status of this order enter in the PITS / ORACLE system. Yes

6. Shade and Shrinkage enter in PITS / ORACLE System Yes

7. Length and Marker Effciency enter in PITS / ORACLE System . Yes

8. Print out of complete PITS / ORACLE Order's working and attached with the file. Yes

9. Scan Full Working & mail send. Yes

Before Marker Making please confirm and tick the following:
1. Confirm Inseam by placing the cursor on the piece.
2. Confirm Model & Size by placing the cursor on the piece and verify shrinkage in Order Editor before starting the marker making.

3. Check No. of All Small Parts as per the Provided Sample.


4. Check the No. of pages in the marker.
5. Check Directions of all Parts as per Provided Sample.
6. One way marker required (Peach or Melange Cordroy)
7. Check Belt and Loop Width according as mentioned on Size Detail.
8. Order average & efficiency will be calculate with new average format and saved separately for future reference.

9. In case of Average Increase of an order from VMD average, will be discussed with CAD and Cutting Manager for before further
proceedings.
10. After complete marker making, enter average and efficiency in Complete Orders Status.
