The Hays CISD staff recognition program recognizes exemplary staff over the 2019-2020 academic year. Employees can be nominated by their manager each month and one will be selected as Employee of the Month at random. Monthly winners will be entered into a raffle to be selected as overall Employee of the Year and receive an Android tablet. The manager recognition program similarly recognizes managers nominated by the Child Nutrition Services office, with one selected each month as Manager of the Month and all entered to win Manager of the Year.

How does it work?
You work hard every day, helping your team and making it

a great day in Hays CISD

When your manager notices your leadership, he or she will

add your name and recognition reason to the ticket box

At the end of the month, your manager will draw the

Employee of the Month from all submissions at random

The Employee of the Month will also be entered into a

district-wide and year-long raffle of to win Employee of the

Year

In May 2020, all winners will be entered in the raffle to win

an 8" Android Quad Core Tablet

There will be one Employee of the Year

winner for the elementary schools, middle

schools, and high schools

her hard work and success

All Manager of the Month winners will be entered to win

Manager of the Year in May 2020

The prize for the raffle is an 8" Android Quad Core Tablet
