interview guide and interviewed several service chief members. Analyzed the data from

culture, which can improve employee satisfaction and provision of healthcare service,
and decrease burnout. There were over 13,000 attendees present at the conference.
 Instrumental in increasing staff participation by 20% in the All Employee Survey as well
as the implementation of presentations to all Service Chiefs on the results of the AES
and the development of AES Action Plans to improve employee morale.
 Facilitator for the Opioid Process Improvement Team informed consent compliance that
resulted in an increase of 50%.

able to be fixed, so worked on de-obligation of contract that resulted in cost saving of

Established samples of Memorandum of Service Level Expectations (MSLE) for
each part-time physician, i.e. 1/8, 2/8, 3/8, etc. to help with the physicians with
their annual MSLE’s. After establishment of samples, the signature routing
process improved dramatically. The MSLE’s were routed for signature within 10
days of sending the MSLE’s to the first line supervisor.
o Conducted procedural analysis by mining data in VISTA and VSSC of
programs/plans, activities, and essential internal departmental operations
