DEED OF DONATION INTER VIVOS
(PARCEL OF LAND)
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That this DEED OF DONATION, made and entered into by and
between: TERESITA S. DE LA VIDA, Filipino citizen, of legal age,
widow and a resident of Kabankalan City, Philippines, hereinafter
referred to as the DONOR, and CARLA D. TAN, married, HARRY S.
DE LA VIDA, married, and EDWARD S. DE LA VIDA, married, all
Filipino citizens, of legal ages and residents of Brgy. Hilamonan,
Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, Philippines, respectively,
hereinafter referred to as the DONEES:
-- WITNESSETH –
That the DONOR is the owner of a parcel of land situated
at Oringao, Kabankalan City and more particularly described and
bounded as follows:
“A parcel of land (Lot 45, Case 78, Cad-133) under
OCT No. 567834 in the name of Teresita S. De la Vida,
situated in the Barrio Oringao, Kabankalan City, Negros
Occidental, bounded on the SW., along line 9 by lot 34, along
line 9 by lot 36, on the NW., on point .... all of Cad-78, ,
containing an area of Six Hundred Square Meters (600
Sq.m.) more or less. [herein attached as Annex “A”]”
That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the
DONOR has for her CHILDREN, the DONEES, the said DONOR
hereby TRANSFERS, GIVES and CONVEYS unto the DONEES, their
heirs, successors and assigns, the property above-described, including all
existing improvements found thereon, free from all liens and
encumbrances and charges of whatsoever nature;
That the DONOR hereby states, for the purpose of giving full
effect and validity to this donation, that she has reserved for herself
sufficient property, in full ownership or in usufruct, which is necessary
and adequate for her support in consonance with her standing in society;
That the DONOR further states, for the purpose as expressed in the
next preceding paragraph, that this donation is not made with the object
of defrauding her creditors, having reserved to herself sufficient
property to answer for her debts contracted prior to this date;
That the DONEES hereby accept this donation and hereby express
their gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the DONOR, their
beloved MOTHER;
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONOR and the DONEES have
hereunto set their hands on this 23 rd day of January 2019 at Kabankalan
City, Philippines.
