KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT:

This Deed of Sale made and entered into by and between:

MA. KRISTINA DELA CRUZ, of legal age, married to MICHAEL JOHN DELA
CRUZ and resident of Block 21, Lot 37, P-3 Savannah, Cuayan, Angeles City hereinafter
referred as the VENDORS;

- and –

JOHNSEN JAKE D. COPANA of legal age, with residence address at 365 Laguna
Street, Mountain View Balibago, Angeles city Pampanga, hereinafter referred to as the
VENDEE;

WITTNESSETH THAT

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the true and absolute owner of motorcycle vehicle

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is willing to sell and the VENDEE agrees to buy the
foregoing motor vehicle under the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth:

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of PESOS:


EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P850,000.00) Philippine Currency,
full receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed by the VENDOR from the
VENDEE, the herein VENDOR SOLD, TRANSFERRED and CONVEYS UNTO THE
VENDEE in full ownership, the mentioned motor vehicle.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set their hands, this June 16, 2020
