REQUESTING HON. MARCIANO Q. SALES, BARANGAY CAPTAIN OF ANO,


SAN CARLOS CITY,PANGASINAN, TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOL ENTRANCE GATE AND RENOVATION OF
PATHWAY IN ANO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

WHEREAS, Ano ES is hankering to have a standard size school entrance gate and fix
pathway ;

WHEREAS, visitors experience difficulty in navigating their vehicles in and out;

WHEREAS, the cemented pathway on the frontage of the school are already
dilapidated;

WHEREAS, the school does not have enough funds to construct entrance gate and
renovate pathway ;

WHEREAS, if such request will be granted, the constructed gate and renovated
pathway can improve the physical facilities of the school and can help in
developing the well-roundedness of the learners;

THEREEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Teaching

and Non-Teaching Staff and PTA respectfully request Barangay Captain Marciano
Q. Sales to allocate funds for the renovation of school entrance gate and
pathway in Ano Elementary School;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Barangay Captain


Marciano Q. Sales for information and consideration of the request;

DONE in Ano Elementary School, Ano, San Carlos City, Pangasinan on the 4 th day of
November in the year of our Lord Two Thousand and Nineteen.
