Introduction:
Mr. Iftihaz Golam Rob is working as an Accountant officer in Nuts N Bolts Automotive
Company Ltd he is almost working for 4 years in this Company,He is very hard working and
never compromised with Work, the organization was benefited due to his excellent work
somehow cause his Goal and Objectives were pretty Straight forward to fulfill companies
mission but recently as an HR manager I can observe that for few days he is not concentrating on
his works as a result some contradiction arises in the Companies accounts due to this reason
company is going to face a Calamitous problem.
Diagnosis :
HR - I need to talk to you on a serious matter.
Employee - Sure, Sir
HR - You know it very well that you used to be the sharpest person in this workplace,but I am
observing for the last few months that your performance is getting worse day by day. What
happened? Is everything alright? If you are having workplace or even personal problems you can
share with me ,I will be more than Happy to help you.
Employee - Nowadays the whole atmosphere of our office is so toxic to my mind. There are lots
of people who are getting them involved into politics, there are no good relations between the
colleagues, the management sector is not being able to guide us immaculately. We have work
pressure but have unclear goals,we are not taking tasks seriously for this reason we are Falling
from the market and the career of our organisation is uncertain. Here no one praises good
performance, no compromise for employees' faults. I live in Gazipur and sometimes I can't reach
the office at time due to traffic jams. For this a certain amount is deducted from my payment so
this is so I feel a little bit left out and neglected in this organization thus I agree that I am not
being able to Accomplish my tasks on time and made some mistakes with the calculations of the
accounts.
HR: Thank You, for sharing the Complexity that is being raised in the Workplace soon I will
look for a Solution and try to fix the Situation.
Prescription
List of problem -
1. No career paths for ambitions talented employee
2. inter- department and group conflict
3. dissatisfaction with pay and confident
4. No strict management process
5. Unclear goal
6.No means of resolving employee grievances

1. Creating an enabling work environment
2.Reward employees
3. Availability of program funds
4.Develop management system
5.Flexible management process.
Transition period
Because the employee is good and hardworking which is beneficial for the organization ao the
organization does not want to fire him rather they are thinking of giving him a second chance
so that he would learn from the mistakes that have been made by him,and serve the company as
he used to do before . The employee will be given 6 month to grooming his activities and
performance towards the organization and overcome the problems at least 70% to continue his
job.
Implementation
Call the employee again
HR - I want to offer you something,Please meet me after the working hour.
Employee - Yes,of course sir.
HR -So,if you complete the task which was given to you in the transition period or you do more
than the required target, I will reward you.
Employee -This sounds so interesting and beneficial for me, May I know the rewards sir?
HR - Of Course,That's why I have called You right?
I will provide you a standard bonus or gift voucher based on your weekly work
performance,along with free training for improving your skills about organisations work, you
will be allowed in our next international project and I will promote you.But on ascertain
Condition you can avail all this opportunities if you work properly and fulfill the target or over
the target but if you are not able to fulfill the target you will not be allowed for all this
opportunity and you might end up getting terminated from the post you have been working So
please try to be careful from next time onwards.
Employee -
No, sir, I will definitely complete the target. In fact I will do better than the target In Sha Allah.
HR- Oh wow. I like the confidence that you are helding up inside you even after getting
pressured mentally. I am sure you can make it and Best of luck.
Evaluation
The employees who stand in the transition period Whom have given 70% target for grooming
his performance, after evaluation the organisation found that in 6 month he not only fulfilled his
target but also did more than this.His performance score is 90%. This is an outstanding
performance, it means his actual performance better then the expected performance.
Decision
On the basis of the above discussion we can say that the process evaluation and outcome of the
evaluation is positive & the performance is improving gradually. For the reason we want to keep
the employee with the help of a diagnostic approach.
